These terms govern participation in the MarketHouse Partners program. By enrolling, you agree to the terms described below.

Program description

MarketHouse Partners coordinates pre-listing home preparation services — including painting, landscaping, pressure washing, cleaning, and related work — on behalf of homeowners preparing to sell their property. MarketHouse selects and manages contractors, schedules work, and oversees quality.

Sellers pay nothing upfront. Payment for all approved services is deferred and collected from the seller's proceeds at the closing of the property sale. All scopes of work and pricing are reviewed and authorized by the homeowner before work begins.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from MarketHouse Partners about your project (scheduling, scope updates, and related notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Program name: MarketHouse Partners.

Homeowner responsibilities

Homeowners agree to provide reasonable access to the property, respond to scope and scheduling requests in a timely manner, and honor payment at closing for authorized services rendered.

No guarantee of sale

MarketHouse does not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions and does not guarantee that a property will sell at any particular price or timeline.

Limitations of liability

MarketHouse coordinates independent contractors who perform the work at your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of services coordinated. Contractor warranties, where applicable, pass through to the homeowner.
